1. Applications
Trubuild CPS is used for water proofing of cement-sand mortar used for making roof slabs, bathrooms, drains, basements, water tanks etc.
2. Advantages
- Reduces the permeability of water to the concrete hence giving excellent waterproofing and along with this protecting reinforced steel bars against corrosion
- Single component product and easy to use due to its low viscosity
- It improves the workability of freshly mixed concrete and increases the durability of concrete without affecting the strength of concrete
How to use CPS-111?
-> Mix cement, aggregates in a mixture as per the desired ratio in dry state for 1-2 min, now charge water as per the standard ratio of particular application and mix for 2-3 min
-> Mix Trubuild CPS as per the recommended dosage and then again mix for -3 min and now use the mixture as per the requirement
-> Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices

- 1. Trubuild CPS should be use in recommended dosage
- 2. Do not directly mix Trubuild CPS directly to cement
- 3. Make sure that water-cement ratio should be lowest
1. 1.5 years (Storage Temp 2-40°C)
Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2-40°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.
